UZ Pellenberg April, 2017
My breakfast mainly consists of individual portions.
Bread: four slices, packed airtight in transparent plastic; margarine: one small plastic portion like you’d get at a service station; young Dutch cheese: one package containing two slices; Sirop de Liège: another individual portion.
Today, for the first time, I manage to open all my individual portions using just my own two hands. Without any help. Not even from my teeth.
Two minutes later I look down and discover that my fingers are in the Sirop de Liège, but I’m not going to worry about that now.
That’s for later.
I’ve already had my victory for today.
